PEANUT BUTTER CUP SHAKE

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHEESE CAKE SHAKE

I was on a mission to come up with a rich chocolate shake that tasted similar to a Dairy Queen Reese's PB cup Blizzard. DQ is my weakness, but soooo bad for you. SUGAR OVERLOAD, not to mention how fattening it is YIKES! I'm extremely picky with how my shakes taste and knowing how rich DQ blizzards are, I knew that I was up for a  Shakeology recipe challenge. I needed to involve my kiddos for this one since they're big time ice cream lovers. My kids sampled several shakes until I NAILED IT! As far as PB, I would suggest an All Natural Brand for the most flavor. If your watching calories PB2 is the way to go...but their is a flavor difference.

This shake ended up being a Favorite at my house this summer, it's super easy to make and it tastes heavenly. That's RIGHT angels are singing. =) A little tip with this one, place it the freezer for a few hours before you eat it, not overnight. I drank this one a lot during my first 90 day fitness program and lost 40 lbs doing so.However, I didn't add ready whip =(. Ummm did I mention that SHAKEOLOGY is clinically proven to help you lose weight and lower cholesterol.

A big thank you to my kiddos for being the taste testers. Love ya.=)

RECIPE

1 CUP ALMOND MILK
1 SCOOP CHOCOLATE SHAKEOLOGY
1 CUP ICE
2 T SUGAR FREE CHEESE CAKE PUDDING MIX
1 T OF PB2 OR ALL NATURAL PB

BLEND, FILL GLASS HALF WAY WITH SHAKEOLOGY, SPRAY SF READY WHIP IN THE MIDDLE AND POUR THE REMAINING SHAKEOLOGY OVER IT.

ENJOY!

RED VELVET SHAKEOLOGY RECIPE

RED VELVET SHAKEOLOGY RECIPE

I just created the Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Shake. After 4 failed attempts I was ready to give up! I tried multiple recipes with Vanilla Shakeology and nothing was tasting right or similar to red velvet at all. Then I had one of those light bulb moments WHAT IF...I try Chocolate. The first attempt tasted like extra sweet chocolate and that was about it. BUMMER!! I was getting frustrated until I started thinking outside of the box and I NAILED IT!! I even had my daughter and boyfriend try it out, both agreed it tasted just like Red Velvet Cake Batter.. Woooo Hoooo Finally!

The BEST thing about this shake is that its Actually a very healthy Meal Replacement that's full of 70 different nutrients. It's super dense, very filling, and is clinically proven to help you lose weight. BONUS!! If there is one thing I'm awesome at, it's making shakes taste extremely fattening.... but they're healthy. =) I've been making shakes for over 20 yrs and take pride in all my recipes. ENJOY it's worth it.
