3 Day Refresh Day 3 Results IT WORKS!!

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. I FRICKEN LOST 5 LBS IN 3 DAYS AND HERE IS THE KICKER.....I DIDN'T WORKOUT ONCE. I WANTED TO REALLY TEST THIS PRODUCT OUT AND SEE IF IT REALLY WORKED. I DID! WOOT!

BY THE END OF DAY THREE I HAD NO MORE BELLY BLOATING, MY ENERGY LEVEL WENT THROUGH THE ROOF AND I SLEPT LIKE A BABY. THE NEXT MORNING FELT REFRESHED, MY ABDOMEN FELT FLATTER, AND MY CLOTHES FIT BETTER. MY BIGGEST CONCERN WAS THINKING THAT I WAS GOING TO STARVE. THAT WASN'T THE CASE. DAY 1 WAS A BIT OF A CHALLENGE BEING NEW TO IT, RELEARNING PORTION CONTROL, AND DRINKING MY FOOD MORE THAN EATING IT. BUT BY DAY 2 AND 3 I WAS SATISFIED ONCE I INCREASED MY WATER INTAKE. THIS ALSO HELPED ME GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE, WHICH I WAS DESPERATELY LACKING.



I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLEANSE TO ANYONE, ESP IF YOU'RE GOING ON A TRIP BEFORE OR AFTER, SPECIAL EVENTS, FEELING ENERGY DEPLETED, OR YOU REACHED A PLATEAU. I CAN GO ON AND ON HERE =)

  3. MAKE SURE TO DRINK THE AMOUNT OF WATER IT SAYS TO. ITS VERY IMPORTANT , IT HELPS RELEASE TOXINS. IT WILL ALSO INCREASE YOUR METABOLISM AND KEEP YOU FULLER LONGER. STAY HYDRATED
  4. IF YOU'RE NOT USE TO DRINKING THAT MUCH WATER, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE TRIPS TO THE BATHROOM. SO  I WOULDN'T ADVICE STARTING THIS IF YOU'RE TRAVELING

I FORGOT TO MENTION THE DAY BEFORE THE COUNTLESS TRIPS TO THE RESTROOM YOU WILL MAKE DUE TO THE INCREASE IN WATER. I DON'T ADVISE DOING THIS IF YOU'RE TRAVELING. YOU WILL MAKE MANY MANY PIT STOPS.
DAY 2 WENT FAIRLY WELL AFTER I UPPED MY WATER INTAKE. MY HUNGER PANGS WENT AWAY. I HONESTLY THINK IT WAS MY BODY TELLING ME THAT I WAS DEHYDRATED, NOT HUNGRY. I REALLY NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THAT MORE CLOSELY.
BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME, CHOCOLATE SHAKEOLOGY WITH 1/2 BANANA, FOLLOWED BY MY FIBER MIX ONE HOUR LATER WITH LOTS OF WATER. SNACK TIME WAS CUCUMBERS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR . SIMPLY=) FOR LUNCH I HAD THE VANILLA REFRESH WITH 1/2 BANANA AND THREW IN SOME CINNAMON FOR ADDED FLAVOR AND HAD GREEN BEANS WITH ALMONDS. DELISH!
I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS DRINKING ENOUGH WATER SO I TOOK A MUG TO WORK AND ADDED SOME FRESH LEMONS TO IT FOR FLAVOR. IT ALSO HAS OUNCES ON IT SO I COULD TRACK HOW MUCH I WAS DRINKING.

THE GREAT THING ABOUT THIS CLEANSE IS THAT IT'S TEACHING ME PORTION CONTROL AGAIN AND GETTING ME BACK ON TRACK WITH SLEEP AND FORMING A ROUTINE. I USE TO DRINK MY SHAKEOLOGY MID AFTERNOON BUT I LIKE IT IN THE AM INSTEAD BECAUSE IT GIVES ME MORE ENERGY. SPEAKING OF ENERGY "I HAVE FRICKEN TONS OF IT"! WOOT! I WAS NERVOUS ABOUT THAT AFTER READING OTHERS REVIEWS. NOT THIS GIRL.=)

DINNER WAS ANOTHER VANILLA REFRESH SHAKE THAT I HAD WITH JUST WATER THIS TIME. I WANTED TO ACTUALLY SEE WHAT IT TASTED LIKE WITHOUT ADDING ANYTHING TO IT. NOT BAD =) I ALSO HAD ANOTHER CUCUMBER AND RED PEPPER MIX AND OF COARSE MORE WATER.

I DID EXPERIENCE SOME BLOATING IN THE EVENING AGAIN BUT I'M SURE THAT HAS TO DO WITH ALL THE EXTRA FIBER I'M EATING AND DRINKING. I'M NOT GASSY THOUGH THANK GAWD. WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS READY FOR BED AGAIN AND SLEPT LIKE A LOG. THIS ISN'T NORMAL FOR ME SO I'M COUNTING MY BLESSINGS, I NEVER SLEEP THIS GOOD.

I ALSO JUMPED ON THE SCALE WHICH I TOLD MYSELF I WOULDN'T BUT WAS DOWN 2 LBS. WOOT! HAPPINESS

I'VE HEARD MANY GREAT REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE SEEN MANY AWESOME RESULTS. I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY MYSELF, NEVER HAVING DONE AN ACTUAL CLEANSE BEFORE.

I TRIED THE 3 DAY SHAKEOLOGY CLEANSE BUT WASN'T SUCCESSFUL AND WOULD QUIT BY THE END OF DAY 2. TURNS OUT SHAKEOLOGY WANT DESIGNED TO WORK AS A CLEANSE. I LEARNED THAT AT SUMMIT WHEN THEY RELEASED THE 3 DAY REFRESH. THAT EXPLAINED A LOT, I WAS FRICKEN STARVING!! 

DAY 1:
I WAS SET TO GO,  I  WENT GROCERY SHOPPING THE NIGHT BEFORE AND DID MY FOOD PREP WHICH WAS FAIRLY EASY SINCE ITS MAINLY FRUITS AND VEGGIES. I WOKE UP HAD MY GLASS OF WATER LIKE IT SAYS THEN 1 HOUR LATER I HAD BREAKFAST. I MADE A CHOCOLATE SHAKEOLOGY WITH 1/2 BANANA, FILTERED WATER AND ICE. YUMMO! LUV LUV CHOCOLATE.

1 HOUR LATER I DRANK THE FIBER MIX PACKET MIXED WITH 8 OZ OF COLD FILTERED WATER. IT DIDN'T REALLY TASTE LIKE MUCH BUT I WILL SAY "DRINK IT QUICKLY". IF YOU DON'T DRINK IT UP RIGHT AWAY IT GETS SUPER THICK.YUKKY! REMEMBER ITS FIBER.
 

 
 
NEXT UP WAS LUNCH, THE VANILLA REFRESH SHAKE. I BLENDED IT WILL ICE, 10 OZ FILTERED WATER AND 1/2 BANANA. IT WASN'T BAD, YOU COULD DEFINITELY TASTE THE VANILLA. IT WAS RICH TASTING =) IT DIDN'T TASTE LIKE SHAKEO BUT IT WAS JUST AS FILLING. A++ I WAS ALSO ALLOWED A VEGGIE AND 1 SERVING OF HEALTHY FATS. I HAD A BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER GREEN BEEN MIX WITH COCONUT OIL AND SEASONING.

EVERYTHING WAS GOING O.K. UNTIL AFTER THE VEGGIES. I STARTED TO GET A HEADACHE , I WAS VERY HUNGRY AND IRRITABLE. I DECIDED TO HAVE SOME CAFFEINE FREE MINT TEA  AND MY AFTERNOON SNACK CUTIES =) THAT DIDN'T HELP! I WAS DESPERATE FOR ANSWERS BECAUSE I ONLY HAD ONE MORE SHAKE TO GO WITH VEGGIES AND I WANTED TO EAT EVERYTHING IN SITE.

I REACHED OUT TO A FELLOW COACH THAT EXPLAINED A FEW THINGS TO ME. ONE BIG ONE THAT STOOD OUT WAS I WASN'T DRINKING ENOUGH WATER FOR THE TOXINS TO RELEASE. I WAS EXPERIENCING A BUILD UP. "LET IT GO" LOL
I ALSO THOUGHT THAT I COULDN'T HAVE CAFFEINE OR COFFEE. WRONG!! ITS NOT IDEAL BUT YOU CAN HAVE IT. SO I SPENT THE DAY WITH A HEADACHE BECAUSE I'M A DAILY COFFEE DRINKER THAT HAD NONE =(

THE LAST MEAL OF THE DAY WAS THE BEST!! I MADE MY LAST VANILLA REFRESH SHAKE WITH COFFEE INSTEAD OF WATER. HAPPIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD. WOO HOO! I ALSO HAD MY VEGGIES, RED PEPPER WITH CUCUMBERS AND A STRAWBERRY VINEGAR WITH COCONUT OIL. FOLLOWED BY ONE MORE CUP OF COFFEE. JUST HAD TOO =)


I DID NOTICE SOME BLOATING TOWARDS THE EVENING AND WHEN I UPPED MY WATER I WASN'T THAT HUNGRY ANYMORE. WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS PRETTY TIRED. I NORMALLY WORK 3-11 AND I STAY UP UNTIL AT LEAST 3 AM EVERY NIGHT UNWINDING. NIGHT OWL BIG TIME. THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT I WAS ACTUALLY READY FOR BED BY 12:30. I FELT RELAXED AND I SLEPT THREW THE NIGHT, THAT NORMALLY NEVER HAPPENS. I'M NOT SURE IF THE 3 DAY REFRESH HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT BUT I WILL TAKE IT. THIS GIRL LOVES HER SLEEP. CURIOUS TO SEE WHATS IN STORE FOR DAY 2 .

21 Day Fix Breakfast Recipes

 
21 DAY FIX OATMEAL BREAKFAST IDEAS
 

 
 
 
A healthy breakfast is a key part to your success, don't skip it! It will give you energy, improve concentration, lower cholesterol levels, and give you much needed strength and endurance to nail your workouts.
 



Ever since I started using the 21 Day Fix I pretty much ate the same thing but in different variations. Oatmeal, Greek yogurt and fruit was the essential for every breakfast. Its simple to make, easy to store, and seems to last forever in the refrigerator.
 
 


 
I normally cook up a double batch or 6 serving worth for the week. I always like to make extra incase I need another yellow for the day. I'm a total flavor girl, I don't like things bland or plain at all. No Thank you! Normally I add 1 or 2 T of cinnamon and organic vanilla to every batch I make while its cooking. Talk about a kitchen that smell wonderful. Mmmm hmmm.
 



 
Tip: When cooking your oatmeal have your containers separated and ready to fill. Oatmeal has a tendency to set fast so you will want to fill your 21 Day Fix containers A.S.A.P. while its soft.


 
Like I said before, I'm a full flavor girl. I love adding Greek vanilla yogurt to my oatmeal. It's like a creamy rich desert and its completely filling. Ummm angels sing lol


 
Get creative add all types of berries, not only are they full of antioxidants but they are very filling and a perfect way to get your purple containers in. A few of my favorites are strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and occasionally I will add a banana.


 
Lastly, I add nuts to make sure I get my blue or orange containers filled. Almonds, pecans, walnuts are a few of my normal choices and I keep them all in the freezer so they last longer.

Clean Eating Cinnamon French Toast-(21 DAY FIX)

CLEAN EATING CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST
21 DAY FIX APPROVED




The 21 Day Fix is a nutrition based program that teaches you portion control with clean eating and exercise. It has literally changed the way I think about food and how much I consume. I've lost 12 lbs in 21 Days and would highly recommend it to anyone that struggles with portion control and nutrition, it's a game changer.




INGREDIENTS

  • EZEKIEL 7 SPROUTED GRAINS BREAD
  • 2 ORGANIC EGGS
  • 2 T ALMOND MILK
  • 2 T CINNAMON
  • 1 T PB2
  • 1 T ORGANIC DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1 BANANA
  • 1 T ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
  • ORGANIC COCONUT FLAKES
FRENCH TOAST
Place coconut oil in a skillet, heat on low then prepare the egg mixture. Whisk the eggs, almond milk and cinnamon together and set aside. Place bread in the bowl for 2 minutes flipping it over after a 1 min. Ezekiel bread is super dense and it takes time to absorb. Turn heat to Medium and place soaked bread into the skillet. Fry until lightly golden brown on each side. All ingredients are 21 Day Fix approved.

PB2 AND CHOCOLATE MIX
Mix PB2 as according to direction on the container. In a separate dish or cup, take chocolate chips and melt in the microwave 1 min at a time stirring it. Chocolate can burn easily so be careful. I also added a little coconut oil to make it smoother. Once the chocolate is melted place the PB2 in the microwave for 30 seconds.

TO SERVE
Cut your toast in half to create triangles, top with a sliced banana, drizzle with PB2 and Chocolate mixtures, and sprinkle with coconut if you wish. Yummo! This meal is very filling, I was actually satisfied with only half of it. 21 Day Fix ,yes you can have chocolate! =)

DONT GET COMFORTABLE




If you have ever struggled with being overweight, this is a Must read.

I was exposed to a world of Bikers, drugs, and strippers when I turned 21. I was a single mother and lived in low income housing, living off of $440.00 a month. My next door neighbor became my best friend, she did a lot for me. She helped me so much that I ended up in Rehab.

Cindy was a little bit older than me, I was drawn to her lavish lifestyle. Being only 21 I found her world extremely exciting and I was sucked right in. Cindy was a stripper and was dating the President of a well known Biker Club. I was exposed to so many things very quickly. Club houses, Strip joints and drugs were a norm on any given weekend.

Our relationship ended the night I attempted suicide and ended up in Rehab. I was using cocaine, I had no sleep in 2 days from all of the partying and took a bunch of muscle relaxers on top of it. I clearly wasn't in the right state of mind.

While I was in Rehab I was put on a diet and worked with a nutritionist, probably one of best thing to happen while I was there along with counseling. I had no idea how to eat properly and I never exercised. In 30 days I lost 15 lbs., I was very excited about this and felt I was given a new lease on life.

When I was released, I was able to transfer out of my low income apartments to another one in a completely different city. Someone was looking out for me and I was able to start my life over. I was given a REDO..I continued to lose weight and ended up losing 50 lbs. My confidence levels were up and I was clean for almost 1 year.

I decided to test out my strength and went into a slippery place to go country line dancing, cuz that was the thing to do. lol no judging!!! That night I ran into Cindy, I PANICKED!!! She came up to right away and apologized and complemented me on my weight loss. I had learned to forgive and put things in the past. That night she told me something that I will never EVER forget.

After she complimented me on my weight loss she said," DON'T EVER GET COMFORTABLE"! At first I didn't understand it and was like whatever.... But now I totally get it and if you ever dealt with being overweight you will too.. When we start our journeys and start losing weight we get to a point where we get comfortable and start slacking. It looks something like this, I've lost 10 lbs I don't need to workout today or that meal wont kill me....but in fact that meal leads to more cheat meals and more missed workouts..then follows OMGaawd I'm up 5 lbs, I'm sooo depressed and this whole cycle starts all over again. I'm not saying you can't have a cheat meal, I'm saying don't get comfortable with weight loss ever!! Especially if you have ever been overweight...#Staystrong #nevergiveup
